Hopefully we can answer some common questions here

• Is there a limit to the number of people under 30 I can bring with me?

  You may purchase a maximum of four Under30 tickets per show, provided each individual attendee is under the age of 30 and no further restrictions are in place. Additional limits may apply.

• What if some of the people in my group are over 30?

  You can select regular priced and Under30 priced tickets in the same transaction, provided you do not exceed any per transaction ticket limit.

• Do I need ID to verify my age when coming to the NAC?

  Please have proof of age on hand. While proof of age may or may not be requested when using the Under30 ticket, the NAC reserves the right to request it. Children are not required to show proof of age.

• Why can’t I get Broadway tickets for $15?

  Not all performances at the NAC are eligible for the Under30 program. While the NAC will make as many shows eligible as possible, rental clients such as Broadway Across Canada, are not part of this offering.

• What happened to the kids and student discounts?

  These discounts have been replaced by the Under30 discount, which offers a more affordable price point to anyone under the age of 30.

• As an Arts Educator, can I take advantage of this program?

  This program is intended for patrons under the age of 30. However, there are many other affordable options at the NAC, such as Fridays at the Fourth, $15 livestreams, $15 preview performances for English Theatre and our free Video-on-Demand library.
