Todd Snelgrove

Since obtaining his Bachelor of Music degree from Carleton University over thirty years ago Todd has worn countless musical hats.  Through a career that traverses music journalism, artist management, songwriting, lecturing, concert promotion, or simply playing solo shows in small coffee houses, Todd has always been quick to count his role as NACOtron operator among his favourite gigs.  Todd has been directing our in-house cameras since the very first year of the NAC Orchestra’s Family Adventures series and he is thrilled to continue helping to bring each new show to life on the giant NACOtron screen.

Always eager to share his love of music, in 2012 Todd founded a not-for-profit organization called “Instruments For Africa” that has allowed him to hand-deliver hundreds of donated musical instruments to more than forty schools and community groups throughout Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Mali, Namibia, and Zambia.
